Family History

  Lea's mother, Martha A. Dashiell is endorsing Lea, her daughter. As a former Republican Candidate for Precinct Chair in Fort Bend County, Martha will be by Lea's side to create communication with other Republicans in the surrounding communities and fellow Fort Bend Republican Precinct Chairs. Martha is the acting Campaign Manager for the Simmons Campaign. She is the Lead Event Coordinator as well. She is a lifelong Master Hairstylist by trade.

Lea's father, Thomas Michael Dashiell is currently the acting Sergeant-At-Arms to help The Simmons Campaign at all of her future events, future townhall meetings, community outreach coalitions, and future boardroom meetings with Candidates, leaders in the community, and constituents by keeping order and codes of conduct in the process. Her father is a lifelong Master Machinist by trade.

Lea's Aunt, Sarah Arrietta is the acting Secretary and Campaign Treasurer. She will be the note-taker and bookkeeper for the Simmons Campaign. Her Aunt is a lifelong Administrator in the Fort Bend School district, in Fort Bend I.S.D. 

Lea's family history is dated back to the history of Fort Bend County roots. She is a native, third generation Texan. She was born in Richmond, Texas at the historical hospital, formerly named Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital. 

Lea's grandmother and grandfather built a home directly behind the historical, Imperial Sugar Refinery, in Sugar Land, Texas, where Lea's family still dwells at today.

Lea's love for her community, surrounding communities, hometown, Fort Bend County, and for District 76, is very clear and concise. Putting Fort Bend Citizens First is her goal for now and in the future.
